Inertia
WRITER | DIRECTOR | EDITOR | COMPOSER
Shot outside over a single weekend during one of the worst storms of the year in Bangor, Pennsylvania, Inertia was a co-production between a friend and I based on a short story by Franz Kafka.
From the boom mic malfunctioning to a crew member falling ill to the tent shielding our equipment being blown over during a torrential downpour, everything and the kitchen sink was thrown at us. Calling it an endurance test is putting it lightly. Never have I been so challenged during a production by elements completely out of my control.
In the end we prevailed, and this short art house film went on to screen at various festivals across the country.
